General Info

If you are searching for a sushi restaurant in Mexico City that blends a lively atmosphere with comforting Japanese flavors, Moshi Moshi Torre Reforma stands out as a solid option along Av. P.º de la Reforma. The location feels modern yet cozy, making it a comfortable place for casual lunches, relaxed dinners, or even group gatherings after work. The restaurant menu offers a mix of sushi favorites and warm dishes, so the experience never feels limited to just rolls and sashimi.

One thing that immediately catches attention in many reviews is the variety of flavors across the menu. The Tan Tan Ramen is especially satisfying when you want something rich and comforting. It has that deep, savory taste that works well for a filling meal, especially during cooler evenings in the city. On the other hand, the Teppanyaki Pollo delivers a lighter but still flavorful option, with well-balanced seasoning and a fresh presentation that feels carefully prepared rather than rushed.

For diners looking for something hearty, the Arrachera Primitivo is another standout. It adds a different texture and flavor profile to the restaurant experience, giving the menu more variety than a typical sushi restaurant. Meanwhile, the Chilaquiles bring in a local touch that fits naturally into the dining experience, especially for visitors who enjoy restaurants that combine familiar Mexican comfort food with Japanese-inspired dining.

The atmosphere inside Moshi Moshi Torre Reforma is welcoming without trying too hard. The cozy setting works well for couples and also for groups of friends sharing plates and drinks. Since alcohol is available, many guests like pairing sushi, ramen, or grilled dishes with cocktails or other beverages while enjoying the relaxed vibe. Vegetarian options are also available, which makes the restaurant more flexible for mixed groups with different preferences.

Another detail people appreciate is the convenience of takeout service. Whether stopping by for a quick meal or planning a laid-back dinner at home, the takeout option keeps the experience simple and practical. Because of its central location in Ciudad de México, the restaurant is also easy to include in a day exploring nearby areas and business districts.

What makes this place memorable is the balance between comfort and variety. The menu feels approachable, the environment stays energetic without becoming noisy, and the overall dining experience feels genuine enough to leave a strong impression after just one visit.

What customers say?

“ Overall a really nice place to grab a drink and dinner. Will say the service and food was amazing and fit the atmosphere. The only down side was their rude bar staff. I asked for a whiskey mule and was given a whisky spritz. When I walked up to the bar, the bartender and bar back girl looked at me like I was stupids for telling them they made it incorrectly while showing them the right recipe. They both ignored me, said nothing and tried telling me that’s the way they make their seasonal mule and that’s that. Maybe next time take a lesson so you don’t look like a stupid bartender that doesn’t know basics. ”

“ The sushi was really good. I ate the totori and the astro boy both were delicious, I totally recommend this place. About the place is really nice and it's a new and cool concept, it's call cocina abierta or open kitchen, basically you go underground to a type of food court/market, they give you a digital menu from where you can get food from multiple restaurant, there is Italian, Japanese, Mexican, etc. There is also a place that has exotic drinks and spirits. I think this is a really cool and interesting concept. ”

“ Great ambience and concept. You go underground, and you will have a variety of cuisines! Mexican, Japanese, Italian, etc.. you will have the menu online and you can pick whatever you want from any place you would like to try! They serve everything for you haha. I love the restrooms, so much privacy and modern concept. Perfect for lunch or dinner ”
